HYJN05 GPS Tracking Device

About HYJN05 GPS Tracker

The Kaptan GPS HYJN05 is a 4G hardwired vehicle GPS tracker that combines fast, reliable connectivity with dependable, round-the-clock monitoring. Wired directly into your vehicle's 12–90 V DC supply, there is no battery to charge and no exposed port — the device stays discreetly hidden and keeps reporting even when the vehicle is parked for days.

Compared to 2G-only trackers, the HYJN05 uses a 4G network for quicker data uploads and smoother live tracking. With real-time tracking, day-wise history playback, remote engine lock (external 12 V relay sold separately), ignition ON alerts, overspeed warnings and geofence notifications, it is a complete anti-theft and monitoring solution for cars, bikes and commercial vehicles.

Key Software Features

• 4G Connectivity — faster and more reliable data uploads for smoother real-time tracking than 2G-only devices.
• Real-Time & History Tracking — see the live location on the map and replay day-wise trip history to review every route the vehicle has taken.
• Remote Engine Lock — immobilize the vehicle remotely from the app for instant anti-theft protection (requires an external 12 V relay, sold separately).
• Ignition ON Alert — receive an instant notification the moment the vehicle ignition is switched on.
• Overspeed & Geofence Alerts — get alerted when the vehicle crosses your speed limit or enters / leaves a defined boundary.
• Detailed Reports — access Trips, Geofence, Speed and Stop reports right from the app for complete trip analysis.

Core Hardware & Connectivity

• 4G Network — faster, more stable data uploads than 2G-only trackers for smoother live tracking.

• 4 MB Internal Flash Memory — stores location records offline and uploads them once network coverage returns.
• 60 mAh Backup Battery — keeps sending the last location and alerts even if the main power is cut.
• 12–90 V DC Input — a wide operating range suits cars, bikes, autos and larger commercial vehicles.
• 18 Months Warranty — backed by Kaptan GPS local support and service.

Target Use Cases

• Personal Cars & Bikes — 4G-powered anti-theft security with remote engine lock and instant alerts.
• Commercial Vehicles — monitor trips and stops for autos, tempos and delivery vehicles.

HYJN05 vs Other GPS Trackers

The HYJN05 takes everything that makes our hardwired trackers reliable and adds 4G connectivity for faster, more stable data uploads. Where 2G coverage is weak, 4G keeps your live location and alerts flowing. Combined with remote engine lock, ignition detection, geofence alerts and an IP67 body, it is a dependable choice for vehicles in demanding areas.
