Kaptan GPS provides GPS vehicle tracking, fleet management, fuel monitoring, asset tracking, and AIS 140 compliant device solutions. The specific scope, pricing, and terms for subscribed services are governed by a separate Service Agreement entered into between you and Kaptan GPS.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Kaptan GPS or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
By using our GPS tracking services, you acknowledge and agree that vehicle location and operational data will be collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent is obtained from vehicle drivers and operators as required by applicable law.
Our AIS 140 devices and services are designed to assist compliance with the AIS 140 standard as mandated by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Government of India. However, Kaptan GPS does not guarantee regulatory approval for individual use cases. Final compliance responsibility remains with the vehicle owner/operator.
