We request notification permission to send real-time alerts directly to your device — including geofence breach alerts, vehicle entry/exit events, and other fleet notifications you have configured. You can manage or disable these notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app.

7.2 Location

We request location permission to help you place and manage geofences on the map from your mobile device. Your device's location is used solely to assist in setting geofence boundaries and is not continuously tracked or stored. Vehicle location data is sourced exclusively from the GPS hardware devices installed in your vehicles — not from your mobile device.

7.3 Phone (Call)

We request phone permission to allow you to call your driver directly from within the app using your device's default dialler. We do not record, intercept, or store any call details. The call is placed entirely through your standard phone service.

Under applicable Indian data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations).
